Bishop Justin Valentine is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Kingdom Life Church and was consecrated a Bishop in the Great City Harvest Network in 2025 under the leadership of General Overseer Dr. Rod Parsley.
Called to preach at just fifteen years old, Bishop Valentine has faithfully proclaimed the Gospel of Jesus Christ for over 27 years. His ministry has taken him into crusades, revivals, workshops, and youth gatherings across the nation, where countless lives have been transformed through the love, power, and presence of God.
Under his leadership, Bishop Valentine has founded several thriving ministries and organizations:

The hand of God has been evident on Bishop Valentine since childhood. Known as “that praying baby” even as a toddler, he was often called upon to lay hands on the sick and addicted. Today, he continues to honor the spiritual heritage of great faith leaders such as Smith Wigglesworth and Lester Sumrall.
Bishop Valentine is a graduate of Valley Forge Christian College and holds pastoral certification from Valor College (formerly World Harvest Bible College). He earned a Master’s in Theology from Liberty University and is currently pursuing his Doctor of Ministry with a concentration in Leadership.
His greatest desire is to see lives radically transformed by the love and power of Jesus Christ.
Bishop Valentine serves alongside his wife, Pastor Antoinette, and together they have five children and are celebrating the joy of two grandchildren.
